The Body Shop

(1st - 5th Grade)

In the Body Shop we believe that the Bible is never boring, worship can be really loud, and that good leaders always care.

The Body Shop is an awesome place to come hang out and learn about God!  We use a virtue-based strategy to teach 1st thru 5th graders the truths of God's word.  Each month we focus on one virtue that God's word teaches.  We zero in on that virtue all month long- it's a strategic way to make the most of the time we have with your kids!  Over the course of 3 years, we study 36 virtues (like "joy," "compassion," or "respect") that are taught in 150 stories throughout the Bible.  We believe that God's word should never be boring- so we make sure that kids are engaged (lots of fun = lots of learning).

In the Body Shop worship is exciting and loud!  When we teach kids to sing praises to God, we teach them to let it all hang out... God deserves to be worshipped and adored.  He doesn't need our worship, but we need to recognize Him for all He is!
